What you need to prepare rose tea:

 

Loose Rose Tea Leaves

Tap water / distilled water (Distilled water prepares a really nice quality tea)

Honey / Other sweetener

Saucepan

Kettle, Tea Cup & Strainer

METHOD:

 

Take 1 tbsp of loose rose tea leaves and add them to 2 cups of water in a saucepan.

On a medium flame, brew this tea for between 10 – 15 minutes. Let the rose tea leaves really infuse into the water.

Switch off the flame and pour the rose tea into your cup.

Add 1 tsp of honey and mix. You can also add lemon juice if you wish.

Stir and enjoy your hot cup of calming rose tea.
