We really do hope that you love our products but incase you are not happy with them, you can return the product within 30 days of receipt.

If the product is defective or an incorrect product is sent, we will issue you with a full refund.

Simply send the product back to us within 30 days and we will give you a full refund, no stress.

We will also pay for the return postage. (Remember to ask for proof of postage and payment if sending by Royal mail).

If you prefer, we can send a replacement or exchange it for another product.



If you changed your mind..


If you changed your mind about the product, that’s alright.

You can return it to us within 30 days, unopened and unused, and we will issue a refund minus the original postage cost.

It arrived damaged..


Despite packing the products well, sometimes our package may arrive damaged.

In this case, if possible, please refuse delivery so that we can send out your order asap and report the damage.

If you have already accepted delivery and the products are damaged, please take lots of photos of the damaged parcel and send them to us (especially where it’s damaged). We will then advise on what to do next via email.



How to Return a Product

Simply drop us an email at betterfoodmood@gmail.com to let us know about the return. We will then advise you on how to return it.




Once we have received your products, we will issue a refund immediately using the method that you paid with.

We will also inform you via email that we have issued a refund.




Incase you change your mind and want another product, that’s absolutely fine.

Please send the original product back to us and once received, we will send your replacement product.

You’ll need to pay the postage for us to send the replacement product.

We always check our products twice before packing them to make sure that they are in a good condition and are the right product ordered. It is highly unlikely that you’ll receive an incorrect or defective product, so please do not worry.


We cannot issue any refunds incase you change your mind. It doesn’t make sense to return and re-send products because of the high postage costs! 🙁
