Berries Chia Pudding Recipe – Raspberry, Strawberry, Blackberry Chia Pudding – Dessert Recipes – Weight Loss Recipes – Breakfast Recipes

Another one of my favourite recipes to make in this extreme hot weather is chia pudding. It is so cooling and refreshing to eat. This weekend, I went strawberry picking and I came back with so many berries including raspberries, strawberries and blackberries!

There was only one thing I could think of making with these many berries – berry chia pudding!

Chia pudding barely takes a few minutes to prepare and then a few more minutes to make. It’s very easy and filling too so that you don’t have to reach for those unhealthy snacks. It’s a great dessert, breakfast or even snack recipe for those looking for weight loss recipes or to lose weight.

This chia pudding recipe is vegan as I used water to make the chia pudding. You could also switch the water for coconut water to make this raspberry chia pudding extra refreshing.

METHOD:

First prepare the chia pudding.

Add your chia seeds to a bowl. Add water, mix and put this chia mix in the fridge.

You can either leave your chia pudding overnight in the fridge for the chia seeds to absorb as much water as possible. Or, you could leave them in the fridge for 1 hour. I find that 1 hour is sufficient time for the chia seeds to absorb enough water.

In a blender, make strawberry puree out of the strawberries.

Simply add the strawberries to your blender, 1 tbsp of water and blend. Make it thick.

In your glass, add the strawberry puree.

Then, add half of your chia pudding.

Add a layer of the fresh raspberries and blackberries.

Add the rest of the chia pudding.

Garnish with more raspberries and blackberries.

And you have your strawberry chia pudding!
