🍵 Healthier Mushroom Matcha Latte Ingredients
Here’s what you’ll need:
- 1/2 tsp @betterfoodmood Mushroom Matcha powder which has lion’s mane mushroom powder in it
- Lavender tea made from our Lavender buds tea
- Hot water
- Oat Milk
- Lavender Ice
- Optional sweetener (maple syrup or honey)
- Blueberries
✨ How to Make It:
Matcha:
- Prepare lavender tea from our lavender buds tea. Use some to make lavender ice-cubes.
- Prepare some more lavender tea and Whisk our mushroom matcha powder in this hot tea for the lavender flavour. Also add sweetener and stir.
- In a tall glass, add ice, oat milk and the lavender infused matcha.
- Blend oat milk, a handful of blueberries, sweetener and some lavender tea in a blender. Use a hand frother to whisk this and make foamy.
- Top your latte with the dreamy lavender foam.
- Sip and enjoy your brain-boosting, calming summer matcha latte!
