Here’s what you’ll need:

Matcha:

  1. Prepare lavender tea from our lavender buds tea. Use some to make lavender ice-cubes.
  2. Prepare some more lavender tea and Whisk our mushroom matcha powder in this hot tea for the lavender flavour. Also add sweetener and stir.
  3. In a tall glass, add ice, oat milk and the lavender infused matcha.
  4. Blend oat milk, a handful of blueberries, sweetener and some lavender tea in a blender. Use a hand frother to whisk this and make foamy.
  5. Top your latte with the dreamy lavender foam.
  6. Sip and enjoy your brain-boosting, calming summer matcha latte!
