These Uganda single origin medium roast whole coffee beans feature notes of caramel, dark chocolate, nutty and floral flavours.

This blend of medium roast 90% Arabica and 10% Robusta coffee beans has a well-rounded but slightly stronger flavour because of the addition of Robusta beans. Robusta beans have a higher amount of caffeine than Arabica beans and they give this blend a slightly stronger caffeine kick compared to your standard 100% Arabica coffee beans.

How should I use these medium roast Ugandan coffee beans?

Grind the coffee beans and brew the ground coffee to make a well balanced cup of coffee.

Tip: Grind the coffee when you are ready to brew.

Secondly, when you boil water for pouring over the ground coffee, wait for the water to cool for about 30 seconds before pouring. The perfect temperature for brewing is about 90-95 degrees Celsius.

 

You can also use this coffee to make an iced mocha or to flavour your tiramisu / oatmeal / cereal / yoghurts / smoothies / nicecream.

 

How to store these medium roast coffee beans?

To preserve your coffee beans’ fresh roasted flavour as long as possible, store them in an opaque, air-tight container at room temperature.

This medium roast coffee is packed in an airtight zip lock bag using a one-way valve which allows for the carbon dioxide to leave from inside the sealed bag. This way the coffee will be fresher and have an expiry date of 24 months.

Come in a small 100g size for freshness. Bag is resealable.
