• Ginger can also boost immunity and is a strong anti-inflammatory.
• Black pepper increases curcumin absorption by 2000%.
• The other spices are rich in antioxidants.

What does this golden milk latte like?

This blend gives milk a warming spicy slightly bitter earthy taste. This superfood blend is freshly ground with no preservatives or additives and is perfect to make a turmeric latte (golden milk) just before bed. The spices I’ve added give it a wonderful taste – a lovely warming drink just before bedtime to prepare you for restful sleep.

 

How should I use this turmeric latte golden milk latte mix?

To make a turmeric latte, use 1/2 teaspoon of this spiced powder for 1 cup of your choice of milk.

In a pan, add the milk and powder and let it simmer for 5 minutes.

Pour into your cup, add sweetener and garnish with rose petals, cinnamon or vanilla powder.

 

 

 

How much turmeric ashwagandha magnesium latte can I drink per day?

You should consult this with a doctor, especially if you have health conditions but it is best to use an educated guess. 1 – 2 cups a day should be reasonable.

Are there any adverse side effects?

As with all foods, it’s always best to eat a little bit to start out with (if you’ve never eaten it before) to check if you have any side effects. Consult your GP if you have any concerns.
