How should I prepare moringa turmeric tea?

Prepare a moringa turmeric tea to reap its benefits. Add 1 moringa turmeric tea bag to your cup and slowly pour hot water over it. Leave it to brew for 1 minute. Remove the tea bag. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add lemon juice.

For a cold brew: Prepare tea as before, pour into a glass pitcher, cover and store in the fridge overnight. Strain in the morning and pour into your glass/cup. Add ice if you’d like.
