These pumpkin seeds are 100% natural, raw, unsalted and unroasted. They are ready to eat.

Pumpkin seeds are packed with protein, minerals and Omega 3s which are beneficial for a vegan & vegetarian diet. Pumpkin seeds are rich in antioxidants and may be beneficial for sleep, good hair and skin.

Pumpkin seeds have a slightly bitter nutty flavour. Pumpkin seeds can be eaten on their own raw or you can roast them and add salt for a delicious snack. They can also be used in oatmeal, smoothies, yoghurt, baking, salad dips, pesto etc.

How to store pumpkin seeds?

Store seeds in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove).

I always find that storing any seeds in the refrigerator increases their shelf life quite a bit. Once open, place your pumpkin seeds in an airtight zip lock bag, place in a container and store it in your refrigerator. You need to ensure that pumpkin seeds are stored in a cold, dry place. Moisture should not enter inside the pumpkin seeds.
