Roses are thought to aid with digestion, anxiety and calm the senses. They are also rich in antioxidants. This herbal tea has a wonderful scent that will help you calm down.

 

What does this rose petals herbal tea taste like?

This tea has a floral taste. You can add honey / lemon to the tea as well.

 

How should I prepare rose tea from these rose petals?

Add 1 tbsp of dried rose petals loose leaf to your teapot and slowly pour boiling water over it. Leave it to steep for 3 – 5 minutes. Pour into your cup. Add honey if you would like it sweet. You can also add a slice of lemon.

For a cold brew: Prepare the tea as above, add to a glass pitcher cover and store in the fridge overnight. Add ice if you’d like.

 

How much rose calming herbal tea can I drink in a day?

I would suggest between 1 – 2 cups a day.

This tea is best drunk either before bed as it is calming to the senses and can aid sleep or in the afternoon when you take a tea break for a lovely, de-stressing break.

 

How to store this rose petals loose leaf tea?

Comes packaged in a 25g zip lock resealable bag. This will keep your tea fresh for longer and away from any insects.

Store this tea in a cool, dark cupboard away from direct sunlight or heat (such as your stove) or humidity in an airtight container. This tea comes in a resealable air-tight bag.
