Movement is a really great way to destress. For me, it's always been music and dance because it touches my soul.

Other forms of movement to de-stress include walking in nature, running, swimming, cycling, gyming etc.

โœจ Studies have also found that if you consistently exercise for atleast 30-40 mins everyday, you may biologically be 9 years younger than your peers who don't. Exercising may increase telomere length which may be linked to slower aging. The exercise considered in the studies was running but I believe any high intensity exercise could have the same effect - anything that gets your heart pumping hard.

The sun's out and the only thing you need is a healthy iced matcha โœจ

Here's the recipe for this fluffy mushroom matcha latte:

3g Better Food Mood Mushroom Matcha 
30ml water at 80ยฐC

๐Ÿ’š Add water to matcha and whisk.

๐Ÿ’š Then add 1/2 tsp of vanilla extract and add oat milk as desired. You can also use any other plant based milk.

๐Ÿ’š Whisk again with a hand frother until fluffy - usually about 3-4 minutes.

๐Ÿ’š Add ice to your glass, pour over the fluffy mushroom matcha drink and enjoy.

Yum, it's so refreshing for a warm sunny day and makes for that perfect healthy tea for focus or your afternoon pick me up ๐Ÿต

I haven't added any sugar or syrup to this and it tasted perfectly fine.

What was once hidden beneath frost and soil, transforms into a sea of white and pink, flowers stretching towards the sun, dancing in the wind, painting the world with new life.

Yet, before their bloom, there was nothing. Just brown cold branches, stillness, dormancy, grey. A waiting period where nothing seemed to change. But beneath the surface, roots were growing, foundations were strengthening, and the quiet work of transformation was happening.
