I'm reading the laws of success by Deepak Chopra and in this he mentions, that the very thing holding us back from achieving our true potential are the limits of this external shell that we have built around ourselves. But if we connect with our inner spirit and let it achieve its full potential without worrying about the outcomes, we could be - and achieve so much more.

✨ The first law is the law of pure potentiality - achieving your full potential and this can be achieved by allowing yourself to just be, meditating and communing with nature. This allows our minds to be more creative ✨

πŸͺ»Here's my healthier version of the spring Starbucks Lavender Matcha Latte which you can make at home 🍡

For the lavender flavour, I've used my lavender tea which you can find in my store.

Here's what I used in this iced matcha drink:

Lavender ice-cubes
Matcha 
Oat milk
Blueberry lavender foam

Lavender ice-cubes:

Make lavender tea using @betterfoodmood lavender tea.

Pour this tea into a round ice cube tray and freeze overnight.

Matcha:

Using @betterfoodmood adaptogenic matcha and some of the lavender tea(instead of hot water), I made matcha. Add honey to make it sweet.

Lavender foam:

Handful of blueberries, some lavender tea, oat milk and sweetener. Blend and whisk with a hand frother.

The blueberries give it that lilac colour, so no need to use syrup or food colouring and they are anti aging πŸ˜‰

🍡 Add ice cubes to your glass, add oat milk, matcha and finally top with lavender foam.

This iced matcha is so refreshing and perfect for spring or summer.

Movement is a really great way to destress. For me, it's always been music and dance because it touches my soul.

Other forms of movement to de-stress include walking in nature, running, swimming, cycling, gyming etc.

✨ Studies have also found that if you consistently exercise for atleast 30-40 mins everyday, you may biologically be 9 years younger than your peers who don't. Exercising may increase telomere length which may be linked to slower aging. The exercise considered in the studies was running but I believe any high intensity exercise could have the same effect - anything that gets your heart pumping hard.
